When “The James Webb space telescope,” first opened its eyes and peered into the deep Universe, what it found was quite surprising: a multitude of young, massive galaxies that appeared far older than expected. Well, According to the conventional model of cosmology, accounting for dark matter, dark energy, normal matter, and radiation — these types of galaxies would require substantial amounts of time to form, grow, and evolve. With all of these galaxies found between 300 to 400 million years after the Big Bang. Thanks For Watching :)
As NASA’s Webb telescope scours the universe to find light from the first stars and galaxies, it is also capturing the universe like never before. In July, NASA released the first images from the James Web Space Telescope. The run on new discoveries started immediately. It took only a few hours for the world of science to turn upside down. A researcher from Harvard University had looked to the edge of time and discovered something monstrous. Since then no stone stands in the astronomy on the other and the researchers look strained and anxiously on always new discoveries. Either something was not completely correct with the past measuring techniques or we must renew our conceptions of the cosmos completely. So it's going to be exciting in this video. We'll take a look at the telescope's grandiose launch and the inestimable consequences. But before we do, we'd like you to contribute to our channel. You can do that easily by leaving us a valuable and engaging comment. From now on, the contributions of our subscribers will always get a heart. We'll also pin your important comment to the top so that everyone reads it first. Just make sure you already have a subscription, like the video and mention both at the beginning of your comment. We start now with a young astronomer's discovery that will very likely change the world forever.
The James Webb Space Telescope has revealed the secrets of Earendel, the farthest star ever discovered in the universe, lying at the edge of time. Earendel is so far away that its light has taken 13 billion years to reach us through a cosmic coincidence of line of sight. But this doesn't mean that it's 13 billion light-years away. The proper distance of this star, which also considers the universe's expansion, is about 28 billion light years. Also, if the Big Bang theory is correct, this means that we are actually looking at a star that existed within the first billion years of the universe. Hence, it could belong to the elusive first generation of stars that astronomers have been hunting for decades. But Earendel is so far away that it's impossible to study its properties in detail with Earth-based telescopes or even the Hubble Space Telescope. And this is where the James Webb Space Telescope comes into the picture. So, how did astronomers discover Earendel, a lone star so far away in the cosmos? How is it different from the stars we observe in the local universe? Finally, and most importantly, why were astronomers surprised by the James Webb Space Telescope observations of Earendel? The 72nd episode of the Sunday Discovery Series answers all these questions in detail. The James Webb Space Telescope has recently given us an amazing image of Saturn, the famous ringed planet of our solar system. The picture goes beyond our wildest dreams, showing off Saturn's beautiful rings in a new light. With this, Webb has captured its first images of all the four gas giants of the solar system, Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, and Neptune. But unlike the striking pictures taken by the Hubble Space Telescope, where Saturn is often shown with bright bands of clouds, this new image from Webb paints a different picture. Saturn appears as a dark circle colored in shades of warm orange and brown, which is quite unusual. Why is it so different? The video explains the first image of Saturn by JWST in detail.

The James Webb Space Telescope has made another exciting discovery. A study has unveiled evidence of the first stars, astonishingly 1000 to 100000 times more massive than the Sun. For context, the most massive star we know of is only 250 times the Sun's mass. These colossal stars boast core temperatures reaching a staggering 75 million degrees Celsius, which is five times hotter than the Sun’s. While peering at the edge of time in the early universe, JWST discovered indications of these gigantic first stars in one of the most distant galaxies known to us. This remarkable study holds the potential to illuminate the very beginnings of the cosmos and unveil the last unexplored era in the captivating history of cosmology. But how did astronomers make this exciting discovery? How did they determine the mass of these extraordinary stars? Finally, and most importantly, how will this discovery help us understand what happened when the universe was in its cradle? The 70th episode of the Sunday Discovery Series answers all these questions in detail. FOR COPYRIGHT ISSUES CONTACT:Mmarmelonic🤍gmail.com Astrophysics, the branch of science that seeks to understand the universe and the way it works, has long been interested in the mysterious concept of black holes. Black holes are regions in space with such immense gravitational pull that nothing, not even light, can escape from them. Their existence was first theorized through Einstein's theory of general relativity in the early 20th century, and over the years, extensive research and observations have reinforced their significance in our understanding of the cosmos. One of the tools researchers use to figure out the realities of space, is the James Webb Space Telescope. And while it wasn’t actually meant to study black holes, since the focus is on the entirety of observable space, it’s bound to pick up information about black holes too. But the problem is, the information it’s picked up, is the exact opposite of what we were expecting. Brian Greene has just confirmed the recent findings and turns out, according to the James Webb Space Telescope, black holes aren’t real! Join us as we bring you all the details about this shocking discovery and how it’s turned the world of science upside down. This is Future space! This did not occur by chance. The Hubble Space Telescope can only detect objects that are one-hundredth as dim as those detected by the James Webb Telescope, a collaboration between the United States, Canada, and Europe led by NASA. Images of distant galaxies at the beginning of time and breathtaking landscapes of nebulae, the dusty birthplaces of stars, began pouring down almost immediately after it began full operations in July of 2022. It's as potent, if not more so, than we anticipated. A year later, JWST is still sending back massive amounts of data to astronomers on Earth, who are awestruck by its potential to revolutionize our knowledge of the cosmos. James Webb just made the "Crisis in Cosmology" WORSE One of the biggest and most heated cosmic debates of our time surrounds a peculiar dilemma with a rather snappy name: Hubble tension. This phrase describes the fact that, even though scientists are aware the cosmos is constantly ballooning outward in every direction — as we can clearly see stars and galaxies drifting farther and farther away from us over time — they can't perfectly pin down the rate at which that ballooning is happening. That leaves us with a pretty major chasm in our understanding of the universe. Evidence of this conundrum has been accumulating for years, causing some researchers to call it a looming crisis in cosmology. And when James Webb launched into space, scientists expect the telescope can help clarify one of the biggest puzzles in modern astronomy. In an attempt to get to the bottom of this, researchers recently just announced that the James Webb Space Telescope (JWST) has weighed in on the situation for the first time – but it did not solve the mystery. In fact, JWST actually thickened it. Join us as we dig deep into how James Webb just made the “Crisis In Cosmology” worse! On December 25, 2021, a European Ariane 5 rocket rose into the sky from the spaceport in French Guiana. On board was the most expensive telescope ever built by mankind. After several delays, James Webb finally began his journey into space. At that time, no one suspected what was to happen just a few months later. James Webb fascinated, shocked and exposed all current theories about the origin and nature of the cosmos as wrong. What this now means concretely for natural science and the future of mankind, let's take a look now!
